The Artech K-C43 Series is a next-generation self-service identity verification kiosk designed for airports, border crossings, and other high-traffic passenger environments. Equipped with an ICAO DOC 9303-compliant full-page passport reader, a 43" curved 4K touchscreen, and an integrated video communication system, it enables passengers to complete identity verification, Wi-Fi access, information, and support processes through a single self-service platform.

The Artech K-C43 Series performs passport and e-passport reading, QR/barcode verification, Wi-Fi access code generation, receipt printing, and video communication with a call center when required—all within a single device. Featuring industrial-grade hardware, an ergonomic curved design, and 24/7 continuous operation capability, it provides a reliable, high-performance, and long-lasting self-service solution for high-volume passenger environments.

ICAO DOC 9303-Compliant Full-Page Passport Reader: Supports more than 80 document types, including e-passports from over 200 countries. Cross-validates MRZ, VIZ, and RFID chip data while supporting UV and IR security checks for counterfeit document detection.
Wi-Fi Access Authentication: Generates one-time Wi-Fi access codes following passport verification, automating secure internet access for airports and other visitor environments.
QR Code and Barcode Scanning: Integrated 2D barcode scanner enables fast and reliable reading of QR codes and barcodes for digital tickets, reservations, and authentication processes.
Thermal Receipt Printer: Prints Wi-Fi access codes, transaction receipts, and information slips quickly and reliably.
Video Communication Technology: Supports remote assistance and call center integration through dual cameras, a four-channel microphone array, speakers, and a hardware HDMI video capture card.
